Now in its 4th year, the Tranquility Jazz Festival will be celebrated during the days of November 9 - 12, 2006, in Anguilla. This island, although small, offers sparkling aquamarine waters and 33 white sand beaches as the setting to this Tranquility Jazz Festival. The "Jazz on the Beach" starts at noon on Sunday, November 12, in Sandy Ground.
